Hon. Justice A. O. Odusola is the Chief Judge of Ondo State Judiciary. He obtained his LL.B (Hons) degree in 1984, was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985, and later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in 2003.

He was appointed a Judge of the High Court of Ondo State in 2002 and has since served in various judicial capacities, including membership of Election Petition Tribunals in several states of the Federation. He also served as Special Judge under the Ondo State Anti-Kidnapping and Anti-Cultism Law (2011–2021) and as an ADR Judge at the Ondo State Multi-Door Courthouse (2021).

Justice Odusola served as Acting Chief Judge of Ondo State from November 2022 to February 2023 and was confirmed as the Substantive Chief Judge on 3rd February, 2023. He was appointed a Member of the National Judicial Council on 27th October, 2025.
